At AKASHA Beach Hotel & Spa we effectively address the environmental issues of our time with green actions aiming to ensure a more sustainable future. By implementing measures that include water management, energy efficiency, waste management we hold our natural environment in trust for the next generation. For this reason, we have implemented and certified with many sustainability standards, such as ISO 14001, Travelife, Green Key and Blue Flag. We have in our hands and use 2 waste pressing machines for plastic and paper, and guests can find recycling bins on our premises. Moreover, new energy-saving air source heat pumps have been installed for the production of heat or cooling from natural resources. Regarding the towels, we have implemented the “Wash on Demand” policy, calling our guests to contribute to reducing water consumption, through special signs. However, as for your case, we would like to thank you for your comments, and we want to assure you that we will investigate your case in more detail for future improvements. It makes us sad to read about the inconvenience with the sun beds around our main pool. We utterly understand that because of its amazing vibe, it tends to be occupied by most of the guests. Therefore, our guests are welcome to use two more outdoor swimming pools, an indoor pool and the beach with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas at their disposal.
