We are delighted to learn that you appreciated the cleanliness of the resort and enjoyed the quality of our food offerings. At the same time, we sincerely regret the inconvenience you experienced regarding the beach sunbeds. Kindly allow us to clarify that our team enforces a strict no-reservation policy for sunbeds to ensure fair and equal access for all guests. As part of this policy, unattended belongings are removed after a certain time in the morning. We understand, however, that this may have been frustrating for you, especially as you prefer to enjoy an early swim in the sea. Thank you once again for your valuable feedback.
