We have certainly noted your comments regarding the evening music and the desire for more current entertainment. As most of our guests appreciate and seek the tranquility of Soma Bay, we adjust our entertainment to this unique atmosphere. Regarding the signing process, we understand that this can be a repetitive step, and we appreciate your innovative suggestion of a barcode or QR code wristband. We will certainly forward this idea to our operational management for consideration, as we are always looking for ways to enhance guest convenience. Concerning the complimentary water during meals, please note that the standard for half board does not include drinks. However, we provide complimentary water in the rooms, beach, and pool. Finally, we understand your concern regarding the pricing of items in our hotel shops. Please note that these outlets are operated by third-party vendors, and as such, we do not have direct influence over their pricing.
