Auf keinen fall 4. Sterne eher 2.... Massen Abfertigung beim Essen ..Obwohl Büffet wurde der Teller von einem Mitarbeiter befüllt eben halt Kantienen mässig . Abends getränke nur aus kleinen plastig Bechern sehr Umwelt freuntlich!!! wir sind 2.Tage früher abgereist es hat uns gerreicht . als ich vor dem frühstück an der Rezeption bescheid sagte das wir abreisen wurde die Frau sehr ungehalten und frech zu mir .Sie verlangte am ende noch 30 euro von uns für das Frühstück

Guests’ opinions are very important to improve quality and efficiency of our services. We’re sorry you weren’t totally satisfied with your stay, nevertheless we are able to reply to your concerns. Our meals have buffet service – as clearly stated during the booking process. This helps the staff handling the amount of guests at the hotel. It is, however, unclear what you are stating about your early leaving. You were asked the pay for the extras, as you were supposed to do.
