RISPOSTA: Dear Monika, We thank you for taking the time to review, praise and advise us on how to proceed in the future. Every advice and point of view gives us inspiration for new measures to be ready to serve you our guests better. We can't wait to be able to return offering breakfast at the buffet, as we did before Covid, where the display was more attractive and everyone was able to get up when they wanted to help themselves. The food offered is still the same, but we understand the way it is offered makes a difference! The breakfast is plentiful and very rich, offers homemade cakes and pies, as well as 5 different types of croissants, fresh fruit, cold cuts, cheeses and typical ricotta, scrambled or soft-boiled eggs, 4 different types of hot savory items that vary each day, in addition to the normal offers of bread (of 5 different types), butter, jams of 6 different flavors, honey, golden and wholemeal rusks, white and wholemeal toasts toasted at the moment, corn flakes, muesli, all bran, toasted almonds, flax seeds, walnut kernels, hazelnuts, 4 types of fruit juices, whole yogurt, one fat-free, one with red fruits and Prosecco. We are also very proud to inform you that we are soon starting renovations in the rooms type you had. We look forward to having you back soon to give us the opportunity to change your opinion of our Gabbiano Azzurro service and on how attentive we always try to be to take care of our guests.
