Das Hotel hat seinen Preis und 2-3 Nächte reichen sicherlich aus. Bei einem Oman Besuch gehört der Besuch an diesem wunderschönen Ort fast schon dazu. Die Gäste kommen zu 70% aus Deutschland und der Schweiz.
Unbedingt ein Zimmer mit Canyon View im zweiten Stock buchen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und super schön eingerichtet. Das WLAN hat überall auf dem Gelände gut.
Wir hatten HP und das Buffet war sehr lecker. Die beiden Spezialitäten Restaurant haben wir nicht probiert. Die Preise sind dem Hotel entsprechend hoch. Günstigste Flasche Wein 45 OMR. Ein Bier 6 OMR. Ein Aperol Spritz 9.50 OMR. Beim Dinner sollte man nicht im Freizeit Outfit erscheinen sondern sich etwas schick machen.
Toller Empfang und sehr aufmerksames Personal in allen Bereichen wie Pool oder Restaurant.
Auf 2.100 Meter Höhe gelegen mit einem fantastischen Panorama über Berge und Schluchten. Von Nizwa aus ist man in 60 Minuten bzw. von Muskat aus in 120 Minuten im Hotel. Die asphaltierte Strecke ist gut ausgebaut aber ist wird trotzdem kontrolliert, ob man ein SUV mit Allrad hat. Hier geht es wohl eher um den Weg zurück ins Tal, damit die Bremsen nicht heiß werden. Das Klima ist 10 Grad kälter als in Nizwa oder Muskat. Am Abend also lange Kleidung anziehen.
