Also angekommen, Zimmer mit Meeresblick, natürlich keins bekommen. Erstmal Parkplatz 25 EUR am tag direkt vor dem Hotel ansonsten 2 km entfernt vom Hotel für 5 euro am Tag, zurück gelaufen, angekommen, Kreditkartennr. angefordert oder wenn nicht vorhanden, 50 EUR in bar als Pfand falls ich meine Rechnungen nicht bezahle, also noch nicht mal im Hotelzimmer angekommen aber 90 Euro für Parkplatz und Pfand ausgegeben. Strandliegen 15 - 25 Euro am Tag weil wir "nur" Halbpension hatten. Wasser beim Abendessen extra Geld, 3,50 Euro pro Flasche, (auch bei Vollpension sind die ganzen extra Kosten enthalten.) Zimmer ordentlich gereinigt, jedoch Ameisen im Badezimmer in den ersten 3 tagen. Wurden dann ohne zu reklamieren beseitigt. Alles extra Geld, Fahrräder 3 std. kostenlos, danach jede weitere Stunde 5 Euro. Lage und Strand selber Super, die meisten Mitarbeiter inklusive Putzfrauen sehr freundlich. Klimaanlage top, WLAN Service super, Netflix gab es auch, Top. Essen war auch ganz in Ordnung. Für die Rückfahrt einen Termin in der Farmacia Centrale gebucht für 15 Euro Antigentest gemacht. Super.

Our internal parking is paid, as written on this site (and every site where we are present), the parking at 5€ per day is owned by the city and it is not ours but if you do not wish to walk 15 minutes there is a free shuttle bus from the parking to the beach. The credit card as guarantee is a standard in the hotel world, we are sorry to see that it surprised you. We have packages with beach and beverages included, regardless of half or full board. All you have to do is to book one otherwise it is an extra service and you pay only if you use it, of course. For the use of the bikes, the idea is that we want all our guests to experience the city through this mean of transportation so the first 3 hours are free. This way, you can easily go to Riccione, have a ride in the historical centre or even simply enjoy the network of bike paths. With this time limit, more guests can use the service; if you need a different bike or you need it for the whole day there are a number of bike rent in our area.
