Unzufriedenheit mit der Zimmerzuteilung während des Aufenthalts.

Leider waren wir für 4 Wochen mit HP sehr schlecht untergebracht. Gebucht hatten wir "Deluxe Beach Wing (UD1), bekommen haben wir ein kleines DZ mit einem Bett und Gartenblick. Wir hatten eine Durchgangstür, dahinter befand sich ein Deluxe-Zimmer mit 2 schönen Betten. Wir hatten das kleine DZ mit einem Bett, was sonst als "Zwei-Schlafzimmer-Angrenzungszimmer" für Kinder unter 12 Jahren angeboten wird. Angeboten hat man uns nur ein sehr lautes Zimmer mit der Riesenrutsche direkt vor dem Balkon. Deshalb würden wir dieses Resort auf keinen Fall weiter empfehlen.

Please allow us to clarify that upon your arrival, you were assigned to the Deluxe Beach Wing room category exactly as reserved. We understand, however, that you expressed a preference for a quieter location closer to the beachfront, and we truly appreciate you reaching out to us during your stay. Our team, together with your tour representative, remained in close communication with you and offered alternative options, including a room change within the same category as well as an upgrade to a higher category for enhanced comfort. We regret that these options did not fully meet your preferences. We would also like to kindly clarify that the assigned room was located in the garden-view section of the Beach Wing and not directly in front of the water slide area. We understand there may have been some initial misunderstanding regarding the room configuration, and we appreciate that this was later clarified during your stay. At X10 Khaolak Resort, we always strive to provide clear information and personalized assistance to ensure our guests’ comfort. While we regret that we were unable to fulfill all of your requests, please be assured that your feedback is valuable and has been shared with our team for ongoing improvement.
