Cook's Club Hersonissos

Hello, We appreciate your feedback! We are saddened to know that your Cook’s Club experience didn’t go as planned. We would like to apologize for any actions or omissions that contributed to it, as well as to take the opportunity to clarify our point of view. First, we would like to highlight that the description of our hotel, as shown online on our webpage and wherever the content is under our responsibility, is as accurate as possible. To be honest, we are proud of the fact that the Cook’s Club Hersonissos both looks and works exactly as promised. However, we are not responsible for the way our hotel is presented on our partners’ side. It is 100% accurate that there is a beach 350 meters distance from our hotel. This beach, as well as all the other beaches in the area, comes with sand, pebbles & rocks. This is a detail easily accessible online that we never hid from anybody. The fact that didn’t meet your expectations is totally respected; it is not even remotely related, though, to the accuracy of our description. Hundreds of people use the very same beach daily and come back to it every day. We are sorry to read that your visit to the SPA was not the relaxing adventure you had in mind. The SPA belongs to an external partner, and we have no control over their policies and pricing; this is the reason why we always direct our guests to the SPA for any information. We certainly care about the quality of our SPA treatments, and we conduct inspections regularly. Neither the inspections nor the guests’ feedback revealed any issues of the kind you described. As soon as we read your comments, we arranged a new, unscheduled inspection of the SPA, and we promise you that any malfunctions or not carefully organized procedures will be reviewed carefully. What we always advise our guests to do is to contact us immediately whenever something doesn’t work as promised, to deal with it as soon as possible. At this point, we would like to remind you about the incident with the bed that you mentioned: a few minutes after entering the room one of you visited our reception and mentioned that the bed was dirty. Within five minutes, the house division manager was in your room and assessed the situation. According to her feedback, supported by physical evidence, all the bedding had been removed by the guests and was upside down; the only fault that was found was a minor stain on the duvet caused by the industrial laundry that provides us with our linen. We understand that we should take responsibility even for incidents beyond our control – and this was what we did. However, judging by that that the cleanliness of the room was not of high quality is an exaggeration, doesn’t reflect the efforts and the professionalism of our team. We are not sure what “electrobeats” is; what we do know is that we occupy 3 professional DJs who play different music every day. Furthermore, there are evening events for all tastes: from a live band to a violin show and from a saxophone concert to jukebox nights. While at the Cook’s Club, the guests could listen to new and older hits from all over the globe – and this is one of the main reasons why our pool area is one of Hersonissos’ hotspots. Finally, allow us to clarify that our satisfied guests do not belong to a specific age or professional group, the hundreds of enthusiastic reviews speak loudly.
