We are glad to see that you enjoyed both the location and the panoramic view of Santo Maris, while we are sorry to see that there were points that did not live up to your expectations. Santo Maris has been designed based on traditional Cycladic architecture, while it combines a modern design concept with minimal chic elements. The white walls, the stone features, the built-in furniture, reminiscing the traditional cave houses of Santorini, are parts of the island’s authentic character which we wish to incorporate in the guest experience that our hotel offers. Furthermore, the same philosophy lies behind the culinary experience that we have created in Alios Ilios restaurant and Akratos bar. Regarding your comment about the waiting time for your room, we are truly sorry that you had an unpleasant feeling. Since the hotel’s availability was very limited, our team did the extra mile to prepare your room the soonest possible, and offer it before the official check-in time, which is at 3pm. We truly hope you had contacted us regarding any matter that concerned you while you were still here, so that we could try and do our best to fulfil your expectations.
