Dear Mr. Peter, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that our official check-in time is 3:00 p.m., as stated at the time of booking. Unfortunately, it is not possible to check into a room at 9:00 a.m., as previous guests have until 12:00 p.m. to check out. Only after that can we begin cleaning and preparing rooms for new arrivals. We assure you there was no unwillingness on our part. These are standard procedures followed in any hotel. Regarding breakfast, it is not included on the day of arrival, since check-in takes place in the afternoon. Breakfast is included starting from the following day. As for the room cleaning, we apologize if there were any lapses during your stay. Our housekeeping team services rooms daily unless a “Do Not Disturb” sign is displayed. We noticed that the sign was up on 31 March and the room wasn't cleaned for that reason. If it happened two more times we are sorry that this experience had a negative impact on your experience.
