Die gesamte Anlage Stella Maris Ibiza war in einem sehr guten Zustand. Der Service war in Ordnung! Die Pools waren in einem gepflegten Zustand. Das Essen ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Nirgendwo befanden sich Schilder; man wusste vielfach nicht was da als Speise angeboten wurde. Das gebrauchte Geschirr wurde eingesammelt und mit viel Lärm und Gepolter auf in der Nähe der Esstische stehende Wagen verbracht. Insgesamt hatte alles Kantinencharakter.
