Wir hatten eigentlich das TUI Blue Insula gebucht, da es ein Adult Hotel war. Uns wurde zugesichert, das sich jemand von TUI in unserem Hotel über ein paar Extras in Verbindung setzt. Dem war auch so, aber der Mitarbeiter hat es nur notiert und hat sich nie wieder gemeldet. Zudem mussten wir beim Check-In im Hotel auf einmal 15,,-Euro pro Tag als Übernachtungsabgabe bezahlen, da es sich um ein 5 Sterne Hotel handelt. Das wurde nie von der TUI an uns kommuniziert. Hoffe das sich jemand von der TUI bei uns meldet
