Dear Felix, thank you very much for your nice review and constructive feedback! We're super happy to know you've fully enjoyed your stay with us, although the neighbour guests weren't the most polite. While it's true that we don't have a watchman with the unique function of maintaining silence at night, we do have a night assistant during the whole night in the complex, taking care of various tasks. On arrival and through the app, we provide all our guests with the phone number to get in touch in case of emergency, and our colleagues have always proved their best attitude in solving these kinds of questions in a quiet and yet efficient way.
