Dear Kristin, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are delighted to hear that you had a great time at our resort in Meedhupparu. It is indeed a pleasure to know that you appreciated our well-maintained environment, dedicated staff, delicious beverages, and the comfortable facilities of your bungalow. However, we are sorry to hear about the disturbances caused by the routing maintenance work. Please be assured that it was necessary upkeep, we assure that is not a construction. We aim to keep our resort fabulous and safe for our guests, which sometimes requires such routine deep cleaning tasks. We also acknowledge your feedback regarding our food, we are continuously working to improve and diversify it to suit the palates of our diverse clientele. In regards to the pricing in our shops, they are somewhat reflective of our operation costs, but we ensure the quality of each product is commensurate with the cost.
