We always listen with pleasure the comments and reviews of the stay of our guests so that each year we can improve the quality of our hospitality. I see that yuo seem disappointed because of the charge of the extra services: we like that our clients just pay for what they need, that is the reason why we can keep our prices low and to charge just what is necessary each time. If we should include all the extras inside the price stay, that would be higher and our clients should pay for services that they may be do not use.That is not right. As we mention on the agency catalogue we speak English,French,Spanish but not German,sorry. Thanks a lot and I hope to host you again in Belmonte Vacanze.
