Hello dear Melanie and thank you for your nice review. I am sorry to hear from you that you missed an oven. Unfortunately we can not equipped our apartments with ovens since the electricity provider do not let us to have so much power to can provide oven in each apartment. In any case we can rent microwaves. We provide the final cleaning for the apartment so that we do not think that is necessary to have one vacuum cleaner per each apartment. In any case at the reception we always have one vaccum cleaner to provide for free in case you need it. I read also that you have some problem with the batrhoom. I please ask you if you can be so kind to write to my personal mail adress lauro@belmontevacanze.it and to explain me better what has happend. I would really appreciate it from you.
