1. In my room, the bathroom had water damage. Some disgusting water came from the ceiling. It smelled so bad that I couldn’t sleep anymore. 2. My friend canceled her room. They didn’t take care of it at all. They just gave her an email address that doesn’t even exist. Until now, she still hasn’t gotten her money back.
