Abgelegenes Hotel mit 4 Pools 2 davon sind Baby Becken.Zimmer sind groß aber an der Hygiene sollte es eine große Verbesserung geben in der Anlage gibt es einen Mini Markt.Das Hotel verfügt über ein Restaurant wo das Essen vom Vortag mal frittiert oder mit etwas anderes zu einem neuen Gericht gemacht wird.Lecker war es sehr selten meist garnicht essbar.

    Sadly I must say the two ladies "residents of Germany" gave me no choice but to write an official complaint to the Tour Operator before they departed from our hotel. The conclusions after ready below are yours... From: “……….Name – AKTI Beach” Sent: Friday, June 29, 2018 8:13 PM To: “Tour Operator” Cc: “……Others” Subject: False accusations and Defamation of AKTI Beach Dear “………….Name” I am officially reporting to you as the “……….job title” about a guest that from the day she and her friend arrived are causing many problems and trying very hard with no evidence, using false accusations to give bad name to our AKTI Hotel. Firstly let me go back on how we accepted this booking exceptionally and instead of what people are usually saying… “If you do any good then something good will come back to you…”, in this case the opposite happened. They booked a studio for five persons and for obvious reasons (max occupancy in room 4) we refuse to accept the booking. “Tour Operator” sends us emails asking to do an exception and at the end we did (see attached). Anyway the ladies arrived on the 24th of June. We check them in and explained their terms and conditions plus information about the hotel and its facilities. First incident happened with our restaurant Manager when they asked to have lunch instead of dinner and she kindly explained that was fine with us. They had lunch and returned night time to have dinner. When she asked them to pay they started shouting and refusing to pay. Since the restaurant was full the restaurant Manager took the bill to our reception to avoid any further unpleasant situations. The next morning I asked to see the ladies in order to talk and try to find a solution. When they arrived I explained that we are willing and we wanted to make sure they will have nice holidays with us. They said to me that it is difficult with one five year old and two infants to move around. I agree with them and I suggested considering an upgrading to All Inclusive since I believed it will make their holiday easier and more relaxing. I offer them 6 days All Inclusive for all at the total price of 180€ ONLY and voided the outstanding bill they had to pay for the extra dinner and drinks from the previous day. They were very happy and thank me very much. On Wednesday 27th of June I so them at the dinner, I asked them how was everything and they replied that all was fine. This came as a shock one hour after when my restaurant manager came to report that Mrs. “…..name” wanted to see me because her 5 year old son vomited as she claimed, something no one witness. She asked the restaurant manager to find and give her our swimming pool results because she believed that is the reason the boy vomited…? I when and met with Mrs. “…..name” After listening to her I explained that we do have 500 guests and nothing like this was reported therefore I do not think is from the swimming pool. She said that this is her job in Germany and she could tell “by looking…?” that the water of our pool was not good? I then replied that I have no problem to give our own daily pool checks and results plus the monthly checks from the Laboratory to “Tour Operator” when requested but not to her direct. I also mentioned that I demand from her to meet with the “Tour operator" Representative the next morning and it is a must for the 5 year old to see a doctor. She then got very upset and she said that she will take photos everywhere in the hotel and write bad comments to the internet. She when further and said that I do not respect her because I am an older man and she is only 25 year old. I assured her that this could never be the case. I closed the conversation since it was leading nowhere by repeating to her that they must meet with “Tour Operator” Representative. Next day I spoke to your representative “Tour Operator” and explain that I demand for Mrs. “…..name” to take the boy to the doctor and I will pay all the expenses. I was sure there was nothing wrong with our pools. Mrs. “…..name” never showed up to discuss anything with the rep. Later on as I was going around the pools I saw all five of them in our kids’ pool. Then in the afternoon I saw them again in the other small kids’ pool…I leave the rest to your sincere judgment… Today 29/6 I then saw them in both pools having a great time which is really the whole idea for me as the General Manager of the AKTI Beach. In closing I will like to say that her behavior, accusations and threats are taken as detraction and extortion of our AKTI hotel without any solid grounds, therefore I will not accept any complaint from them when they go back in Germany since they never when further while they were here.
