Da ich meiner Ansicht nach einem Betrug zum Opfer gefallen bin ist jegliche Bewertung zu den Leistungen des Hotels ohne Belang. Ich meide diesen Ort.

Habe bei Rooms XXL gebucht, bezahlt und Bestätigung erhalten. Bei Ankunft wurde dies nicht anerkannt und ich musste vor Ort meinen Aufenthalt nochmals bezahlen. Weder Rooms XXL noch das Hotel erstatten mir derzeit mein Geld. Beide schieben die Schuld von sich und der Gast/ Kunde ist der Geschädigte!
