Ali Bey Resort Sorgun

Ich war für eine Woche Tennis mit deutschen Freunden angereist. Aufgrund des schlechten Wetters in der Schweiz wollte ich mein Zimmer spontan um 1 Wochenende verlängern. Als ich mein Zimmer über die Webseite von Ali Bey verlängern wollte, konnte ich keine Buchung vornehmen. Also chattete ich mit dem Support. Das kam dabei heraus: Canan: пожаловать! / Willkommen! Visitor: Hi, I was trying to book a room online but it didn't work, trying multiple credit cards... Canan: you can make payment with 2 or 3 cards to transfer money to your account Please sign into your account. Go to "my wallet", there you will find a diagram of a credit card. Enter details and amount to be paid, then pay. If successful you will see "Free Payment" Visitor: I don't have an account to sign in. Why can't I just directly pay by credit card? (it used to work before...) Canan: you have account on the system with this email address xxxxx@xxxxx.xxx Payment is required at the time of booking using Mastercard or Visa Credit Card. Visitor: So I basically have to upload money to my account and then do the booking? Canan: please contact with directly hotel about your booking the hotel dont accept only men bookings Visitor: I am alone?! Canan: yes. you trying to make reservation on the system. but the hotel is not accept only man bookings. we dont have initiative to do this please contact with directly hotel to make reservation or get information about your booking Visitor: I am staying ALONE in my room, no other men. this is ridicules Canan: I see. but it is not acceptable only one man accomodations by the sales management office Visitor: This is a joke. So I have to bring my grandmother with me, maybe that helps? Canan: I am sorry thet I can not help you. please contact with directly sales management office Also ging ich zur Rezeption und fragte nach, warum ich kein Zimmer buchen könne. Dort wurde mir erläutert, dass Männer ohne Familie in der Türkei (also mit einer türkischen IP-Adresse) kein Zimmer buchen können. Auf die Nachfrage warum, wurde mir mitgeteilt (Zitat!): single Männer seien manchmal entweder "paranoid" oder "pädophil". Kein Witz! Mein Zimmer konnte dann doch noch verlängert werden, in dem die Rezeption eine "Auslandbuchung" vornahm. Natürlich zu einem Aufpreis, denn Buchungen aus dem Ausland kosten scheinbar mehr als Buchungen aus der Türkei. Ich gebe dazu keinen weitern Kommentar ab, es kann sich jeder Gast seine eigenes Bild zu der Geschichte machen.
