Das Hotel ist relativ klein und die Anlage ist Sauber! Engländer und Deutsche Gäste sind ungefähr gleich vertreten! Das alter der Gäste ist Bund gemischt!
Zimmer ist relativ groß, die Möbelierung veraltet(zumindest im Haupthaus)! das Badzimmer ist klein die Dusche mini wer etwas dicker ist hat seine helle Freude und Achtung es gibt eine Klimaanlage die muss man(bei alltours) aber extra bezahlen!!!! Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, man hört alles und wer einen leichten schlaf hat dann gute Nacht, weil ständig die Türen zugeknallt werden und das von früh bis Spät! Positiv die Zimmer sind Sauber...
Einfach nur schlecht!!!! Keine Abwechslung und sehr wenig Angebot Pommes und Spagetti gab es immer und das jeden Tag mit fast immer der selben Soße! Zudem gab es einen Tag Fisch nur der noch Roh!!!! Als Obst gab es Melone oder Weintrauben mehr nicht! Was gut war war der Nachtisch! Alles im allem sehr auf Engländer abgestimmt!
Die Dame an der Rezeption(Früh da gewesen) ist äußerst Unfreundlich! Auf fragen bekommt man pampige antworten und man wird nicht wirklich als Gast behandelt! Zimmerreinigung jeden Tag und die war auch Ok nur wird damit schon so früh begonnen das ein ausschlafen unmöglich wird denn auch wenn diese nicht im eigenen Zimmer stadtfindet wird das so laut gemacht das man es auch noch 5Zimmer weiter hört! Wer All Inklusive gebucht hat darf das nur bis 22Uhr genießen und es sind weder Cocktails noch Longdrinks (Vodka Lemon) mit drin und die sind dann für 5€ zu haben! Am Strand gibt es Getränke nur in kleinen wegwerf Plastebechern! Hier ist aber mal ein Lob an den Barkeeper zu machen der war freundlich...
Das Hotel hat liegt direkt am Strand! Hat eine ruhige Lage und der Strand ist schön! Es wäre ratsam Badeschuhe mitzunehmen da es Steine und Seeigel im Mehr gibt! Bis nach Malia sind es 2km.

Internet vorhanden(10min 50cent 1h 3€) Strand ist öffentlich daher muss man 3€ für die Liege bezahlen! und wenn die Raucher nicht grad ihre kippen mal wieder im Sand wegwerfen dann ist der auch sauber...

Dear guest, thank you for choosing our hotel and for your comments. We need to mention a few things about the hotel too: As written in the catalogue the All Inclusve stops at 22:00 and the description of it is given to the people when they book. So we believe that you were well informed about what to expect, since we always give the details to the Travel Agent. The reason that we serve the drinks in plastic cups, on the beach and on the pool bar, is due to safety reasons. Unfortuantely there have been many injuries in many hotels from broken glasses. We like to protect our guests by preventing it. About the food, we need to mention, that we have a 14 day different menu, with international cuisine, trying to satisfy every taste. We are really sorry that you were not satisfied. On the beach we rent the sunbeds and by the pool they are for free. Since we have three big pools, it's easy to find a place to relax and enjoy! About the noise from other guests we have to say that some people come for relaxing holidays and some others just to party. In any case when we are informed we always interfere when needed.
