With reference to your note about the towels used for reserving the sunbeds at the pool, we would like to inform you about the constant commitment of our team in guaranteeing the best stay to our Guests is also aimed at discouraging this type of behavior. The Beach & Pool staff constantly invites guests to remove the towels placed on the sun loungers and not to leave them unattended for too long. This procedure is put into practice to ensure that other Guests can use it and enjoy their stay in complete tranquility. Unfortunately, guests often do not respect this rule anyway, probably because they come from different cultures and have different habits. The quality of the experience we offer to our Guests is important to us.
