While we launder linens at high standards, occasional imperfections can slip through quality control—especially when bright sunlight reveals marks not visible indoors. We have already reinforced inspection procedures with our housekeeping team and introduced an additional visual check in natural daylight to ensure only pristine towels reach guest rooms. In the meantime, please rest assured that fresh beach and bath towels are always available on request from housekeeping or the pool desk.
