Wir lieben Kroatien, doch dieses Hotel ist eine reine Bruchbude! Did Zimmer sind viel zu klein (18m2). Wasser in der Dusche hatte keinen Druck ubd auf warmes Wasser konnte man lange Warten. Das Essen war billiges Kantinenfood und null Abwechslung. Nichts für die Kinder vorhanden. Der Pool stinkt nach Chlor und die Bodenplatten fehlen teilweise. Die Hälfte der Animationen der Solaris Anlage gibt es nicht mehr. Der Aquapark verrechnet neben dem Eintrittsgeld auch boch Geld für die Liegen und Sonnenschirme. Eine 0.75l Flasche Wasser kostet im Hotel 50KN, in der Stadt 28kn. Das Reisebüro reagiert nicht einmal auf die Reklamationen und Mängel. Nie wieder!

Dear Mrs. Sladjana, Thank You for taking the time to write us Your experience at Solaris Beach Resort, Hotel Jakov***. We apologize that You have not been sufficiently informed about the size of the room, the description can easily be found on our web page. We would have liked to be acquainted with your general dissatisfaction, as we could offer you another room at the Jakov Hotel or one of our four star hotels where the comfort and the price are higher. As far as food is concerned, we are surprised, because in various portals the food is praised. We are mostly sorry that You did not contacted us, regarding Your dissatisfaction. During check-in, each guest receive our Solaris News where they we have all the new information. Reception is open 24 hours and you could have always come to talk to us. The Solaris Beach Resort has a lot of attractions for kids, such as mini golf, aqua park, mini disco, mini club, evening program with our Clown and magician. We have a large offer and the customer himself, decides what he want or does not want to use. As for the Aqua park tickets and beach chairs, all hotel guests are informed during check-in, if they want to buy them, they have a discount at the reception. Thank you for your sincerity and we certainly take your comments into consideration for improving quality, nevertheless, we are proud to invite you to be our guest again in our renovated hotel Jakov.
