We want to apologize to our guests for all those slander and fake reviews we receive for the last two years, that drove our hotel down from 92% scoring on Holidaycheck to 42%. It is this one particular man who lives in UDINE ITALY, who keeps posting fake reviews in all reviews sites for our hotel. It is the same man who creates fake identities and emails and reviews our hotel in such a disgusting way in all sites! His menace started in June 2013 and we are not able to fight against the anonimity that internet provides. Anyone can sit behind a pc and writes anything. All he wants is money and he blackmails us constantly. He has been a high level in corporate management before he got fired and be a freelancer as a health and safety inspector in Italy, therefore he is fluent in languages and he knows all the dirty tricks used in those high ranked positions if you want to drive anyone out of business. Unfortunately, since he is an Italian citizen it is very expensive for a small business like ours to use an Italian lawyer and chase him in his own land. We have filed several criminal charges against him in Greece and his case is soon in court hearing. He was arrested in the past when he tried to enter the country, threatening the life of the manager. Interpol was also notified when he threatened to kill the sons of the manager who studied in the Netherlands at the time. The whole family has been under police protection because of this very sick man. All evidence has already been forwarded to the local District Attorney. Lots and lots of pages of fake reviews, threats, ugly, dirty direct emails. Our real guests know and appreciate our hard work, our quality standards and our excellent hotel. Not because we say it but because they love every minute being with us. They feel at home. If you follow our hotel reviews you will notice that the same reviews, of the very same negative content are posted over and over again. Nothing is true. Everything written in the reviews are product of a very sick mind and imagination. This man is asking constantly for money, threatening us that he will drive us to financial destruction if we do not comply with his sick, unspeakable and absurd demands. This is not a verified guest and I can prove this. We never had any guest under the described conditions and we can guarantee that. Again we apologize to our dear friends and guests for all those lies and we thank them for standing by us during this hard battle against slander and blackmailing! Help us fighting bullying and blackmailing by telling the truth about us. We do not get discourage and we strongly believe in justice. We believe that we will win in the end and our beautiful hotel will receive again all the rewards and the praise we deserve from our guests. Thank you for your vote of confidence The manager
