Dear Mr. Klaus-Peter Loewen; First of all, we would like to thank you for your time to share your holiday experience with us. When we checked our logs we saw that you came with 2 different voucher numbers and both reservation was made for hotel standard rooms. The room change could be made only if the hotel is available but during your stay the hotel was fully booked. So we couldn't give you even with charge a bungalow room. The upgrade requests could be fulfilled only if the hotel is available and with some extra charges. The room that you requested was more expensive than you reserved. During your stay, we explained to you very clearly. The hotel management isn't responsible from outside world noises and can not be blamed for it. During your stay, the temperature was 30 degrees celcius, if you were cold and couldn't change the air-conditioner mode; you could've just ask from us to do it or just ask a blanket from the reception.We would gladly help you.
