Dear Barbara, Thank you for raising this up to our attention, being 31 years old means we need to take even greater care of the resort and the feedback is vital to this process. We have been doing preventive maintenance program throughout the year, try to keep our rooms in good condition as much as we can. Plus uplifting our breakfast, refurbish furniture, added cardio units in the gym and rest assured the improvement projects don't stop.
