Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage und war bestimmt irgendwann mal seine 5 Sterne wert.Es ist stark in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf dringend einer Renovierung. Man darf nirgends genauer hinschauen,es gibt Dinge die wahrscheinlich noch nie gereinigt wurden. Augenscheinlich und oberflächlich war das Zimmer sauber...Das Personal ist freundlich,aber nicht jeder hatte ********** zum arbeiten.Es gab aber einzelne die sehr positiv aufgefallen sind. Wenn ich nach einer 20 stündigen Anreise im Hotel ankomme erwarte ich,dass ich in das Zimmer kann und nicht noch drei Stunden warten muss.Das All inclusive Paket wird sehr knapp ausgelegt. Alles in allem war es aber ein sehr schöner Urlaub.Aber wenn ich 5 Sterne bezahle erwarte ich auch diesen Standard.
