Arsi Hotel

You book an economy room and this is the worst they have. You finf traces of insects with blood on the wall and the rooms are not cleanas if someone else was inside before. When you complain they apologize and they give you a room not much better than that. But they offer you if you pay more they will give you a better room which they call standard room which can be better but not 4 star category. In some rooms you can see fungus on the wall and broken floor and damaged interior. The staff is friendly and try their best. The food is only good to fill your stomach. I don't think I will ever book there again.
