Waren 4 Tage in diesem Hotel.Zimmer und Sauberkeit sind sehr gut. Großes Manko ist die Verpflegung und die Lage. Verpflegung: Man braucht nicht zu verhungern jedoch ist die Qualität und Auswahl der angebotenen Speisen für ein vier Sterne Hotel blamabel. Lage: Ortsrand von Potos .Je nach Lage des Zimmers sieht man auf die Häuser des Ortes bzw. auf Olifenbäume. Zum Strand von Potos muss der Ort durchquert werden. Wie das Hotel eine Weiterempfehlung von 100 % bekam ist mir ein Rätsel ? Nur die Sauberkeit und Größe der Zimmer stimmen hiermit überein.

First of all , we would like to refer that we as a hotel we respect thoroughly the role of HOLIDAYCHECK and the ability of people to express their satisfaction or not from a holiday package they tried in a hotel on any land of this planet. However , we believe that through reviews should be expressed the true about a hotel's performance and not that a review should be used as a revenge weapon. We state here , in the next few lines the real situation concerning the writer's of this review stay in our hotel ASTIR NOTOS . The writer and his wife arrived in our premises on the 7th May 2013 . They had a reservation made from early December 2012 and not a fast , last -minute reservation. The reservation was not 4 days but for 11 days. In every catalogue our hotel is presented and sold through is stated clear that our hotel has a distance between 250-300m from the beach! It was obvious from the beginning that these guests wanted a hotel on the beach! The first day of their stay we were announced by the TOUR OPERATOR rep that these people want to change a hotel. We accepted this announcement as it is the right of everybody to stay in whichever hotel they want. The REP referred us that they had no problem with our hotel but they found some of their friends in another hotel and wanted to join them. We had no problem with this departure , but we stated clearly to the REP that this reservation should be fully paid by the agency or the guest as there was no time to resell this room again through the agency system. In this point , the guests started to negotiate through the rep again to decrease the price to 50% but our management team did not accept any deduction and finally the guests paid the whole price in the day of their depart , 11th MAY 2013 . We should mention the following info: during the 4 days of their stay they had 4/4 dinners and 4/4 breakfasts in the hotel. We would expect for somebody that writes that bad comments for the food that they should not participate at all. Also , despite the very bad comments for our service team , we would like to mention that 2 out of 4 nights these guests , stayed in our bar for extra drinks. Finally , during the check-out process , the writer of this review was asked personally by our FRONT OFFICE MANAGER if they faced any problems or difficulties in ASTIR NOTOS and he answered negatively saying that everything was fine. In conclusion , we would like to say that we are quite proud our hotel did not accept this extortion from the side of the guest that led to their ironic comment "KEINE 100% PROZENT !
