Die Rezeption ist laut Beschreibung 24Stunden besetzt - dies konnten wir leider jedoch nicht bestätigen. Wir kamen gegen 23.30Uhr an der Unterkunft an und standen 20Minuten vor dem verschlossenen Tor da der junge Inhaber des Hotels derweil in einer nahen Disco feierte. Dieser war auch nicht telefonisch zu erreichen, so dass wir uns durch Klopfen und Rufen ggü. anderen Gästen auf uns aufmerksam machten und diese ihn dann wohl kontaktierten. Nach Ankunft des Betreibers konnten wir jedoch sofort das Zimmer (welches direkt neben dem Frühstücksraum liegt) benutzen. Fazit: Eine kleine, teure Pension mit vielen Nebengeräuschen im Haus eignet sich nur für eine Nacht, doch nicht für einen längeren Aufenthalt.
In den ersten drei Nächten (Fr, Sa + So) konnte man im Zimmer trotz geschlossenem Fenster immer noch die laute Musik aus der nahe gelegenem Disco hören. Die Lautstärke im Zimmer war sehr hoch, da man ein Quietschen hörte, sobald jemand im Haus den Wasserhahn aufdrehte. Lange Schlafen war daher oft nicht möglich. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ansich war jedoch in Ordnung. Hatten ein Bett mit weicher Matraze, ein großs Bad, großer Fernseher mit ein paar deutschen Sendern und auch Sauberkeit war großgeschrieben.
Das Frühstück konnte man je nach Belieben einnehmen da man es sich selber richten musste. Die Milch und die Brotaufstriche wurden im Kühlschrank im eigenen Zimmer gelagert - diese musste man dann in den Frühstücksraum mitbringen. Im Frühstücksraum findet man div. Cornflakes sowie Brötchen oder Croissants (welche teilweise das Haltbarkeitsdatum überschritten haben). Das benutzte Geschirr wurde jedoch durch das Reinigungspersonal gesäubert und aufgeräumt.
Parken war ohne Gebühr direkt an der Unterkunft möglich, jedoch wurde man auch schnell eingeparkt und man musste einige Minuten investieren, bis man wegfahren konnte.
Die Pension liegt ca. 10Autominuten von Agrigento entfernt in San Leone. Sie besitzt auch einen schönen Ausblick auf das Meer und auch zum Strand sind es dank Trampelpfad nur 5Minuten.

I am very surprised by the review left by customers... When we receive a reservation, we send a detailed reply confirmation with arrival instructions and contains all of our phone numbers (mobile and office), the day of the arrival of customers, we have repeatedly called the phone number provided during the booking process, without success, waiting for the customers themselves up at 23.30, at which time, thinking in a no-show, as often happens, I decided to go out for ice cream at a nearby bar in the area of San Leone, a few minutes from the B & B (so I was not dance in a disco!). After less than twenty minutes, I received a phone call and another customer as explained to me that outside the gate there was a young man who knocked repeatedly on the doorbell... So I hasten to return to base and find a couple of young tourists with a wry smile, explain that their plane had been delayed and that they had downloaded the battery of the phone during the journey to Agrigento . Welcome them with warmth and I give all the explanations necessary to reassure them ... The days after, no complaints, either about the room or the breakfast. At the end of the stay, we were greeted with a handshake, a smile and many thanks for the attention shown to them. Now I wonder ... if the kindness and helpfulness of the owner, is rewarded in this way we should behave?? And Finally, I want to clarify for all users and future guests that the B & B is located in a quiet place, two minutes walk from the beach (200 meters) away from clubs that can disturb the sleep of our customers. The rooms were recently renovated less than a year, so the furniture, bathrooms and everything else is practically new. The Italian breakfast consists of packaged products, each product clearly shows the expiration date, which is also checked daily by our staff, so it would be very difficult to serve customers with expired products. After all, our customers are free to leave the B & B if something does not meet their expectations, we are always ready to provide support and advice of other accommodations that best reflect their needs ... Just to be clear!
