Flug wurde kurzfristig gestrichen. Alle tel. Auskünfte falsch. Mussten unsere Koffer vom Voacheck. suchen und erneut einchecken. Hotel, geb Kategorie nicht bekommen. Oft kein Wasser. Umzug in geb. Kategorie nicht möglich. Leitende Rezeptionistin sehr unfreundlich und nicht hilfreich. Schade.
