We have shared your kind words and compliments with the respective team members and they are very happy to know that they were able to make a positive impact on your stay with us. We take great importance in maintaining and ensuring the cleanliness of our rooms by providing housekeeping room service on a daily basis, we are pleased to hear that you appreciated this service. Several of our room categories have already undergone recent renovations and upgrades, and we are currently in the process of revamping and enhancing the remaining ones as well. Ensuring our guests’ comfort is of utmost importance to us and we continuously invest in improvements such as these as a part of our ongoing commitment to enhance the overall stay experience for our valued guests. We regret that our culinary offerings had not aligned with your expectations, and we would like to assure you that your comments have been shared with our culinary team and management team for their review as we continually look into ways we can enhance our dining experiences for our guests. Since the location of our resort is within very close proximity to the Male’ Airport, guests may encounter occasional sounds from nearby flights which is unfortunately not something within our influence. However on the positive side, this proximity also allows us to arrange quick and convenient speedboat transfers to and from the airport with more flexible transfer timings, ensuring seamless travels for our valued guests.
