Hier gibt es positive wie negative Bewertungen, meiner Meinung nach überwiegt das Positive deutlich. Rundum zufrieden!
Die Zimmer sind großzügig, sie werden jeden Tag gereinigt, sowie die Handtücher und die Poolhandtücher regelmäßig ausgetauscht. Die Couch ist eine Ausziehcouch und daher nicht ganz so gemütlich, die Betten allerdings super bequem. Viele Villen werden gerade renoviert, the staff ist sehr bemüht, alles sauber und ordentlich zu halten. Die Villen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Bemühungen sind wirklich groß alles in Schuss zu halten. Für uns hat es rundum gepasst, die Sauberkeit war für uns gelungen.
Hier kann das Personal nichts dafür, aber die Preise sind auf deutschem Innenstadtniveau (Mojito 10€, Pizza 12€…) für die Insel ist dies unwahrscheinlich teuer, so sollte das Hotel darüber nachdenken, einen Mittelweg zwischen dem Niveau des Landes und des Hotels zu finden. Es ist schade, dass man lieber in den Supermarkt geht, als vor Ort zu kaufen.
Die Menschen dieses Hotels sind rundum bemüht, nett und freundlich, ständig hört man ein hello, good morning. Es gibt eine App zu Beginn des Check-ins, damit kann man Nachrichten schicken, wenn etwas fehlt, nicht funktioniert oder ausgetauscht werden muss. Die Antworten hierbei kommen schnell und jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt (Sanitäter für Pflaster, 2. Decke für das Masterbed, kaputter Schirm). Am 2. Tag erhielten wir einen Anruf mit der Frage, ob wir zufrieden sind und ob etwas fehlt. Sehr zuvorkommend!
Man fühlt sich wie im Dschungel. Die Anlage ist in die Natur gebaut, hier gibt es verschiedene Geckos, Vögel, Tausendfüssler etc. Nachts ist die Athmosphäre atmenbraubend, man fühlt sich mitten im Dschungel. Alle Tiere hier sind ungefährlich und es stehen Schilder in den Villas, welche heimischen Tiere hier leben und man seine Terrasse abends leer räumen soll, damit keine ungebetenen Gäste kommen. Es wird sehr viel Wert darauf gelegt, mit der Natur zu leben und diese zu respektieren .

Es gibt hier ein großes Angebot an Aktivitäten auf dem Wasser (Kanu, Stand-up, Segeln) aber auch Tischtennis und Billiard ohne Gebühr. Tennis, Boxen und Yoga sind nicht im Preis enthalten. Auch hier kann man sich über die App anmelden und ein Zeitfenster frei wählen.
