Regarding to your above comment,kindly note the following : - we do not have any constructions inside the hotel our near by the guest areas , what we had only renovated the decoration of the hotel entrance -we do apology that the level of our cleanness did not meet with your level , but all the shown rooms were 04 rooms as your booking was 02 double rooms and you asked to stay near each to other ( 02 blocked rooms + 02 shown rooms ) all of them are looking to the sea and pool - all the length you waited maximum 45 minutes as we transferred you to our sister hotel in El Gouna and we covered the difference between our hotel and Panorama El Gouna as a kind of our guest satisfaction. - our front desk has enough experience to treat professionally with our guests with their different languages ( English - German- Russian ) as our front desk staff speaks those languages we do again thank you for your above review and we will take your comment at our consideration to take necessary action accordingly. we hope to host you again in our resort to touch the changes .
