Eine schöne Hotelanlage, jedoch unfreundliches Personal, das sich über die Gäste lustigmacht und sie bei Problemen einfach ignoriert. Fensterlose dunkle Zimmer, keine Ablage im Bad, lauter Speisesaal.
Im Zimmer war ein schrecklicher Geruch, wie geweißter Stall. Schlecht geschlafen.

Dear Guest, it is appreciated you spent time evaluating your stay at Blu Hotel Laconia Village, one of our properties in Cannigione di Arzachena. Guests’ opinions are very important to improve quality and efficiency of our services. We’re sorry you weren’t totally satisfied with your stay, nevertheless we are able to reply to your concerns. Our staff is very kind and attentive, and eager to please our guests whenever is possible. Unfortunately, we were fully booked during the time of your stay so we weren’t able to provide you with a room change on the first day. When we asked you the day after you refused our proposition. That doesn’t mean our staff wasn’t polite. Our dining hall perfectly fits the amount of guests at the hotel – it actually is very spacious. However, during rush hour at meals, it may seem a little overcrowded, even though it is not. You didn’t report anything regarding smells in the room and we kindly deny there were cleaning issues because cleanings are scrupulously done every day. We’re glad, anyway, you appreciated the nice hotel area of Blu Hotel Laconia Village. Hoping to see you again at Blu Hotel Laconia Village or in one another of our over 30 properties all over Italy.
