Als Badeurlaub ist das Hotel nicht geeignet. Überall mussten wir mit der Taxi fahren, weil das Bus vom Hotel ist nur zur Strand gefahren wo niemanden gefallen hat. Für alles müssen wir zahlen; Safe( 3 Euro täglich) Fernsehen, kein Radio, Sauberkeit ? Information ? - haben sich keine Mühe gegeben. Bist du - no ja, zahlst du - da bist gut gesehen. Für die 4 Sterne ??? Nein. Die Insel ist sehr schön aber das Hotel nie mehr.

Dear customer, First and foremost we would like to thank you for making the Blue Sea Puerto Resort Hotel your destination of choice for your vacation. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience you may have endured during your stay. Should you have communicated your disappointment with us our guest service department would have done anything to try and solve the problem on the spot. The hotel is thoroughly clean to make sure everything is in a perfect condition on the guest arrival and during the whole stay. The hotel is only 1,5km away from the centre and is on a 15 minute walking distance to the shops and the beach, the hotel also offers a complementary shuttle for your total comfort. The safe and the Rommy TV are an extra service that the client himself can order from reception. We hope to welcome you in the near future to make sure you have a wonderful stay in our hotel.
