At the same time, we are sorry to learn that the sleeping comfort did not fully meet your expectations. Your comments regarding the beds are taken very seriously, as a good night’s sleep is a key part of the guest experience. We would also like to highlight that over the past three years, following a change in ownership, the Castello has undergone continuous improvements, and we are actively working on further enhancing room comfort and furnishings. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the access road.
