Wir sind angekommen und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Sehr freundlicher und netter Empfang mit einem kühlen Tuch und einem kühlen Kaltgetränk (Eistee oder Gurkensmoothie/saft) Das Einchecken ging sehr zügig. Das gesamte Team um Roshani (Divya, Akasg, Calen, Saduruwan) bemühten sich sehr um den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten. Auch die weiteren Angestellten die uns als Bsp zum Zimmer brachten waren sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer selbst war ein Traum, es war sauber geräumig und mit einer schönen Terasse. Das Zimmer ist gefühlt mitten in der Wildnis. Das Essen im Restaurant war richtig gut und schmackhaft und für jeden was dabei, das Team rund um Chefkoch Manjula leistet richtig gute Arbeit. Das Service im Restaurant ist ebenso sehr gut und um uns hat sich Sameera ausgesprochen gut gekümmert. Die bestellten Getränke waren innerhalb kürzester Zeit serviert. Wer lust auf eine kleine Erfrischung unterm Tag hat oder den Abend gemütlich bei einem Gläschen ausklingen lassen möchte wird in der Bar hervoragend bedient. Es gibt alles was das Herz begehrt und das Team (Nilushka, Amar) ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch die Cocktails bzw Mocktails sind ausgezeichnet. Weiters ist noch der "Naturalist" zu erwähnen, er war zu jederzeit bei Fragen zur Stelle und gab tolle Informationen zu den Tieren die im NP leben. Wen man nicht vergessen darf ist das Housekeeping. Hat alles immer super gepasst.
