Dear ELA, First of all, we would like to thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the Club Jandia Princes Hotel, we regret that we did not meet all your expectations. We are sorry that your room did not meet all your expectations but we are pleased to know that as you reported your problem, we were able to resolve issues such as the mattress.
