Sehr gutes und zentral gelegenes Hotel. Guter Wellness und Fitnessbereich. Gutes Frühstücksbufett. Zimmer sehr sauber, Elektrik etwas in die Jahre gekommen. In einem Zimmer fiel der Stecker mit der Steckdose raus. Super Service , alle unsere Wünsche wurden schnell in Angriff genommen und erfüllt. Besonders der Manager Mathew und der Service Mann Joseph waren 1A.
Sehr gutes Frühstück. Abends, 2x die Woche Buffet war gut, A la Card etwas wenig Auswahl. Room Diner auch gut.
Manager Mathew und Servicemann Joseph, aber auch alle anderen Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben 2x das Zimmer gewechselt und alles hat super geklappt. Der Reiseservice hingegen war eher mies. Der Reiseleiter Osama war eher unmotiviert. Beim Anruf wegen der Abholzeit zum Flughafen verwies er auf die Homepage. Dort stand nichts und bei den nächsten Anrufen hob er einfach nicht ab. Mussten in der Zentrale anrufen und erhielten innerhalb einer Minute die Abholzeit.
Fußlaeufig das Museum of the Future und einige Cafés. Taxi zur Dubai Mall 8-10€, man könnte auch laufen 55min. Zum Jumeirah Beach Taxi ca. 10-15€, zum Atlantis Hotel ca.16-20€. Metro ist direkt vor der Haustür. Gute Lage.
