Das Hotel ist direkt an der Metro gelegen. Die Poolanlage im 6. Stock ist großzügig und sehr schön angelegt. Frühstück und Abendessen sind sehr gut.
Unser Zimmer lag im 29. Stock und war sehr geräumig. Das Bad war mit großer Dusche und Badewanne ausgestattet. Viele Ablagemöglichkeiten.
Das Buffet war zum Frühstück und zum Abendessen sehr lecker angerichtet. Es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Man konnte auch draußen sitzen. Sehr angenehmes Ambiente.
Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Service wird hier groß geschrieben. Besonders möchte ich den Hotelmanager Charles hervorheben, der sich in der Krisensituation sehr rührend um die Gäste gekümmert hat und immer hilfsbereit zur Seite stand.
Das Hotel liegt ca. 15 Minuten vom Flughafen. Es ist direkt an einer Metrostation gelegen. Das Museum of Future ist von dort fußläufig gut zu erreichen.

Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön angelegt. Sonnenschutz durch große Sonnensegel oder Schirme. Für die etwas zu laute Musik gibt es einen Stern Abzug. Der Fitnessraum ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
