Wir waren im November 2025 für 10 Nächte auf der Hauptinsel Mahé und haben im Constance Ephelia, einem 5-Sterne-Resort, übernachtet. Die Pauschalreise haben wir über TUI gebucht – und alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. TUI hat die Reiseleitung vor Ort an Creole Travel Services deligiert. Die Transfers waren sehr gut organisiert, und auch der Termin mit unserer Reiseleiterin verlief äußerst angenehm. Sie war freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat uns über mögliche Gefahren vor Ort aufgeklärt. Außerdem bot sie verschiedene Ausflüge an, die wir jedoch letztlich privat organisiert haben. Besonders positiv fanden wir die gute Organisation insgesamt, die übersichtliche App sowie die klar strukturierten Reisedokumente. Wir würden jederzeit wieder mit TUI buchen.
