We are pleased to hear you found the resort beautiful, and we are truly sorry that several aspects of the experience did not meet your expectations, particularly the peak-time dining atmosphere, availability, and the overall comfort you were hoping for. Regarding restaurants: you are absolutely right that, for guests on Half and Full Board, our à la carte restaurants can be included and Cyann you do get a credit of SCR 400. We regret that this was not communicated clearly enough and that availability felt fully booked by the time you wished to reserve. We are reinforcing our pre-arrival and on-site communication and encouraging earlier reservations so guests can plan their dining experience more smoothly. We are also reviewing peak-hour seating flow in the main restaurant to reduce congestion and improve comfort. On the beaches: tide levels do change the look and feel of South Beach, and we appreciate your honesty. We are also sorry that the North Beach ambience did not feel relaxing due to the family-villa location and higher activity levels. Your note about the lack of a dedicated sunset bar is well received, we do have our Kabana bar which is located there. As for the room, we appreciate your feedback and would welcome the opportunity to understand what specifically fell short (comfort, design, amenities, maintenance, etc.) so we can address it with our teams.
