Wir hatten all. Inklusive gebucht. Vom 23. - 30. April. Am Freitag, 30. April wollten wir am Nachmittag eine Flasche Wasser, bekamen keine mehr, der Grund, am Abreisetag sei nur bis 12 uhr all. Inklusive. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt, sind immerhin zum 23x in Ägypten, aber zum ersten und letzten Mal in diesem Hotel. Nie, nie wieder.

    Dear Mr. Roger , Firstly let me thank you for your comment which we consider our main source to develop our hotel Reference to your comment above I would like to clear one thing , our hotel is not an all inclusive hotel , however we provide an alternative package Platinum holidays package which is replacing the all inclusive in alacarte style not to drop our level of service as all inclusive hotels do what surprises me that the elements of the platinum package was clearly published in the brochure of agency and more over it was confirmed with the guest upon check in & he signed on the included benefits see the following formula which published on the travel agency brochure 1- Food & Beverage Food: • Buffet Breakfast in our main restaurant “Palm’s Brasserie” from 07:00 until 10.30. • Light Continental Breakfast in the “Captain’s Bar” from 10:30 until 12:00. • Buffet Lunch including drinks in our main restaurant “Palm’s Brasserie” from 13:00 until 15:00. • Afternoon sweet corner in the “Captain’s Bar” 16:30 until 18:00. • Buffet Dinner including drinks in our main restaurant “Palm’s Brasserie” from 18:30 until 22:00. • Set menu dinner in the “Al Dente” restaurant including drinks once per week with 24 hours prior reservation to be done at the Reception desk from 09:00 till 12:00 (This option is not applicable for the guests, who are staying less than 7 nights). • Set menu dinner in the “Fish Market” restaurant including drinks once per week with 24 hours prior reservation to be done at the Reception desk from 09:00 till 12:00 (This option is not applicable for the guests, who are staying less than 7 nights). Beverage: • Mineral Water will be served from 08:00 am till 11:00 pm • Unlimited local wines, local draft beer, local soft drinks, tea, local hot herbal drinks, hot chocolate, Nescafe from 11:00 till 23:00 served at the Pool, Beach, Palm’s Brasserie restaurant and at the Captain’s Bar. • Cocktails, Fresh Juices are not included. • All Imported Alcohols, Imported Spirits and Imported Wines are not included. 2- Sports & Activities : (Reservation required) Health Club: • Unlimited access to the Fitness room, Sauna, Jacuzzi and Steam Bath (From 11:00 till 15:00). • Tennis courts available from 11:00 to 15:00 (Rackets are not included). • Squash courts available from 11:00 to 15:00 (Rackets are not included). Other Activities: • Half hour Pedalo once per week. • Introductory Windsurf lesson once per week. • Intro-Dive lesson at the pool once per week. • Horse riding half hour per room, per stay from 10:00 till 15:00 3- Other Privileges: • Free entrance to the famous Little Buddah Bar + 10% discount on Food & Beverage. • One-hour internet at the “ContiNet Café” once per week. • Shuttle bus to & from down town once per day with prior reservation. 4- Children (04 – 12 years): • Access to the “Snoopy Mini Club” from 10.00 till 18:00. • Kid`s only Ice-Cream from 12:00 till Sunset at the Beach Bar. (The Deluxe “Movenpick” ice-cream is available with extra charge only). • 750 sq meters fully equipped playground. • Animation activities all day long. • Daily mini-disco at 20:30. 5- Important Information: • You will receive a check for any food & beverage consumption, which we kindly ask you to sign for hotel internal policy. • “Room Service” and “Mini-Bar” Services are not included and will be charged additionally. • Local wines will be served by glass and not by bottle; in case a bottle is requested it will be charged to your room. • Local draft beer is available within the Platinum Holidays Program and will be served by glasses. In case a bottled beer is requested it will be charged additionally to your room. • For any extra dinner, either at the “Fish Market & Oriental Cafe” or at “Al Dente” restaurants guest will be entitled for a credit of EGP 35.00 per person, on food items. Any beverage consumption will be charged additionally. • Kindly note that all orders must be consumed within the restaurants/bars. Any order carried outside the outlet as well as invitations will be charged to your room. • Any food & beverage consumption after 23:00 daily or after 12:00 noon on the departure day will be charged additionally.
