Continental Hotel Hurghada

Dear Valuable Guest Abay , We would like to thank you very much for your review in the holiday check. We are extremely sorry that your stay in our hotel was not accordingly to your expectations. Nevertheless, we would like to inform you, that during the time of your stay, from 1st till 11th of February, the entire country was facing a lot of demonstrations due to the political situation. During the period of your stay, the city of Hurghada was not receiving any fresh suppliers for few days, this may be the reason that you find the food choice a bit limited. The same happened with the entertainment suppliers of the hotel, many of them have left Hurghada, Also, you might know, all the European tour operators decided to stop sending guests to Hurghada, and our hotel, like many others, we were empty in few days and with very few guests. We believe this is the main reason you find our hotel “dead boring”. Since already a week the situation in the country is back to normal, and all hotel suppliers are working back normal. We would like to apologize for any inconvenient, hoping to have the pleasure to welcome you in our hotel once more very soon. Best regards
