Aus DeutschlandSo viele kleinigkeiten die negativ waren. Essen konnte man nicht essen. Alt nicht durch zu wenig auswahl. Beschwerden interessieren niemanden. Unser (zimmermädchen) hat einmal vergessen uns saubere handtücher zu bringen. Ich habe 3 mal bei der rezeption angerufen und bin 2 mal hin gegangen. Und hatte trotzdem erst am nächsten tag handtücher. Für anständige cocktails musste ich 6€ zahlen. Klimaanlage war kaputt. Es war heißer als drausen 4 mal angerufen und eine stunde gewartet habe ich bis jemand kam. Und es kam auch nur jemand weil ich sagte ich will den menager sprechen. Beim check out sollte um 12 uhr unser all inclusive band abgeschnitten werden oder wir sollten noch einen tag mehr das hotel zahlen. Angestellte verstehen mich nicht obwohl ich deutsch englisch und russisch spreche. Nie mehr tu ich mir das an!
