Das Hotel ist nicht in einem sehr guten Zustand. Viele Mängel sind uns aufgefallen. Viele Lampen funktionierten nicht, div. Schäden an Mauern, Türschwellen, Poolleitern, Kacheln im Pool u.s.w Mit der Sauberkeit war es einigermassen O.K.
Das Zimmer mit Balkon war O.K. Beleuchtung hat nur teilweise funktioniert. Telefon war neben der Toilette. Die Klimaanlage hat funktioniert. Die Minibar war leer und wurde auch nicht aufgefüllt.
Von der Gastronomie waren wir sehr endtäuscht. Es hatte nur das Hauptrestaurant geöffnet. Die Speiseauswahl war sehr gering. Jeden Tag dasselbe. Spaghetti und Pasta wurden jeden Abend mit einer Tomatensauce angeboten. (Reis, Rindfleisch, Fisch und Kartoffeln gab es immer. Zudem ein ansprechendes Salatbuffet und ein Dessertbuffet.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die meisten Angestellten konnten englisch, russisch und polnisch. Die Zimmerreinigung kam meistens erst nach 15.00 Uhr. Reinigung war nicht immer zufriedenstellend (Trotz Trinkgeld)
Das Hotel liegt ziemlich abgelegen. Ausflüge sind möglich. Man muss aber eine längere Fahrzeit in Kauf nehmen. Shopping im Hotel möglich aber sehr eingeschränkt. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand. Der Strand war aber nicht sehr sauber. Direkt am Strand sind die Riffs. Zum Schnorcheln sehr schön, zum Baden nicht so ideal.

Thank you for your time, kindly note that the bulbs may blast at any moment, we replace it once we know or informed, cleanliness of the beach , do you mean sea stones throwing or what? any other thrown by the guest we clean it on daily basis!! As for the H.K it takes time to clean the rooms on row and if the guest did not ask for a certain time then we clean the rooms starting from 08:30 till 17:00 hr, any time during these hours we clean the rooms, regarding the restaurant we have the pasta on daily basis as a live cooking station plus the live grilled items and burger as well, and you experienced that and we accept any guest request, to do extra if possible or we look for alternative, and the Ala Carte restaurant once per stay is available so what else to do ???? Entertainment was daily by the pool or near ( around it )… once again we thank you for mentioning how our staff team were very hospitable, and smiling and friendly, which means we have a good service as well.
