As you may know, guest feedback is an essential part of how we continuously improve and elevate our service standards. Your comments are invaluable in helping us grow and provide an even better experience for our visitors. We would also like to take this opportunity to address the concerns you raised: - Food & Beverage, Spa and Activities Pricing: As a 5-star luxury resort, we have set our prices in line with other similar resorts in the category, and we strive to ensure that we offer competitive rates. We are pleased to note that our prices are among the lowest within this luxury segment. - Island Location: Our resort is located 25 minutes away from Malé, and while we make every effort to maintain the privacy and tranquility of the island, the city skyline may occasionally be visible. We do try to mitigate this when weather conditions are foggy, which helps reduce the visibility of the high-rise buildings. - Nearby Construction: We can only directly manage the development of the two resorts we operate, Banyan Tree Maldives Vabbinfaru and Dhawa Ihuru. Any other resort construction in the area is subject to approval by the Maldives government, and unfortunately, this is beyond our control. - Renovation of Villas: Our resort has been operating for over 30 years, and we are currently updating our villas to enhance the guest experience and stay competitive in the market. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. The renovations are expected to be completed by the end of the year. For those aspects we can control, and which fell short of your expectations, please accept our deepest apologies. That said, we are delighted to hear that you still enjoyed your stay, particularly the house reef, which we are proud to say is ranked as the 9th best in the Maldives.
